Roy Sasaka Telewa is currently the Chief Executive Officer, National Government Affirmative Action Fund which is domiciled at Ministry of Gender, Culture,The Arts and Heritage. . Since joining theNGAAF as the CEO, Roy has overseen the transformation of the State Corporation into a vibrant organization that builds and enhances capacity of Kenyan Affirmative Action groups through strategic consultations, engagements and partnerships.

Before taking over the helm of NGAAF, Roy served as the CEO of National Youth Council, Head of procurement at Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC) and previously as the Deputy Head of Procurement at Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK), among other senior executive positions in both public and private sector institutions.
