THE BOARD
The Board is responsible for overall management and policy direction of the Fund.
It is also responsible for the protection of the interest of the employees, coordination with government on policy matters and engagement with stakeholders on behalf of the Fund.
The composition of the Funds’ Board and its functions are as stipulated in the Public Finance Management (National Government Affirmative Action Fund) Regulations, 2016
