It also coordinates and facilitates the enhance\u0002ment of access to services for survivors of gender-based violence, female genital mutila\u0002tion, child marriages or forced marriages and victims of substance and drug abuse through the establishment of rescue, legal aid, drugs and substance rehabilitation and counselling centers and offers support of affirmative action groups through bursaries and scholarships to access education opportunities.
